Thinking about joining us in Santa Fe for the 2027 Novel Whisperer Writing Adventure?
Join writing retreat hosts Robin Henry and Colin Mustful for a free, informal 30-minute Q&A session about our upcoming writing retreat, taking place June 6–12, 2027, in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
This is your opportunity to meet your hosts, learn what to expect from the retreat, and discover how a week dedicated to writing, creativity, and community might benefit you and your work.
We'll briefly introduce the retreat and then open the conversation to your questions. Some topics we might explore include:
What does a typical day at the retreat look like?
How will the retreat balance writing time, instruction, feedback, and exploration?
What kinds of writers and projects are best suited for the experience?
How might the retreat help you develop your manuscript or move forward in your writing journey?
What should participants know about accommodations, travel, and preparation?
What makes a small-group writing retreat different from a traditional writing conference?
With just seven participants, the Novel Whisperer Writing Adventure is designed to offer a personalized, supportive experience where writers can focus on their craft, connect with fellow authors, and find renewed inspiration.
Whether you're seriously considering applying or simply curious about the experience, we'd love to meet you and answer your questions.
Come with your questions, your curiosity, and your enthusiasm for writing!
