History Through Fiction Announces Inaugural Conference Celebrating “A Writing Revolution”

MINNEAPOLIS, MN — History Through Fiction is proud to announce the launch of its first-ever in-person conference, the History Through Fiction Conference, taking place March 28–29, 2026, at the historic Wylie Center and Tupper Manor at Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusetts. In honor of the United States Semiquincentennial, this intimate and engaging event will explore the theme “A Writing Revolution”—celebrating the power of historical fiction to inspire, illuminate, and transform.
The conference features a keynote address from acclaimed author Finola Austin (Bronte’s Mistress), alongside bestselling guests Sarah Penner, Madeline Martin, and Addison Armstrong. Attendees will also connect with a variety of History Through Fiction authors including Jillian Forsberg (The Rhino Keeper, The Porcelain Menagerie), Alina Adams (My Mother’s Secret, Go On Pretending), Patricia Bernstein (A Noble Cunning), and many more, offering firsthand insight into the publishing process and the craft of writing historical fiction.
