  • Taxes and shipping costs vary by region.

  • Paperback orders average three weeks; hardcover orders average four weeks. These timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Rush shipping and expedited printing are available for an additional cost.

  • Author copy purchases do not generate royalties.

  • You may resell the books you purchase. You are responsible for setting your resale terms and prices, collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax, and meeting other applicable resale requirements.
